Saint John Food Purchasing Club

Offering access to good quality vegetables and fruit at affordable prices.

The Saint John Food Purchasing Club is a non-profit, volunteer-based organization that has been in operation since 1997. It is administered by St. Joseph's Community Health Centre.  The goal is to help members in our community stretch their food dollar by offering access to good quality vegetables and fruit at affordable prices. Orders are $25.00.

The money is pooled together and produce is purchased from wholesalers in bulk to take advantage of lower prices!  Items vary from month to month/season to season, but always include staples.

• Pay for your order by the identified order date,
• Cash payment accepted at some participating locations, e-transfer otherwise,
• E-transfer payment to martha.maclean@horizonNB.ca
• Include your name, phone number and pick-up location in the notes section when placing e-transfer,
• Pick up order on date listed, usually the following Friday,
• Pick up times vary depending on location.

You do not need to buy an order every month – just when it is beneficial to you!

- Carleton Community Centre, 120 Market Place, 506-658-2920.  Pick up 12pm - 4pm.

- Ecole Samuel de Champlain, 67 Ragged Point Road. Pick up 12 pm - 6pm.
